摘要
电液集成块技术自问世以来,由于其稳定性较差,致使其发展较慢;而薄壁液阻片是影响电液集成块性能的三大要素之一。本文针对薄壁液阻片易受压力波动及冲击产生变形的问题,分析了其在液路板中的动态过程,采用多孔液阻片作为工作液阻的前级,滤去了大量的冲击及扰动产生的变形,为系统的稳定运行提供了可靠的保证。
Since electric - hydraulic integrated block system was invented, it developed slowly for its low stability. Thin - wall liquid resistance chip is one of the three main factors. Thin - wall liquid resistance chip is so thin that it is easily effected by press - wave and impinge, By researching the dynamic state of thin - wall liquid resistance chip, a stability method was presented by using liq- uid resistance chip with holes as ex -stage of working liquid resistance, which eliminates transfiguration formed by impacting and dis- turbance, guarantees system stabily.
