摘要 对自动换刀数控立式镗铣床主轴系统的结构原理进行了介绍,并着重对主轴系统刚度进行理论分析,对主轴系统采用卸荷皮带轮结构改造后,其刚性得到了显著改善,从而提高了产品的加工精度。 The structure principle of principal axle system of automatic cutter changing numerical control vertical Boring and mill ing machine was introduced, and the rigidity of principal axle system was analyzed. After improving the principal axle system by dit charge belt pulley structure, the rigidity of principal axle system was improved, the product processing precision was increased.
