摘要
通过对光电码盘和FPGA在工业自动化领域应用广泛性的分析,论述了在控制系统中采用光电码盘和FPGA进行位置检测的必要性.根据增量式光电码盘进行位置检测的原理,提出了一种利用内嵌FPGA的可编程微控制器芯片ZE502实现光电码盘位置检测系统的设计方案.简略介绍了ZE502芯片的主要特点,详细分析了四倍频及辨向电路的设计原理,重点阐述了系统的整体构成,对系统中各个功能模块进行了说明.利用仿真软件Pspice对四倍频及辨向电路进行仿真分析,验证了电路功能的正确,并给出了仿真输出波形.最后分析了整个系统集成在一片芯片上的优点.
By analyzing the extensive application of photoelectrical encoder and FPGA in industrial automation field, the necessity of photoelectrical encoder and FPGA used in position detection control system had been explained. A design method of position detection system by using ZE502 was proposed based on the theory of incremental type of photoelectrical encoder position detection. The main characters of programmable microcontroller ZE502 with field programmable gate array (FPGA) were briefly introduced. The design principle of fourfold-frequency and direction recognition was analyzed. The configuration of whole system was expatiated. All functional modules of whole system were concretely stated. In addition, the function of the fourfold-frequency and direction recognition circuit was analyzed using the Pspice simulation software. The correctness in the function of the system was proved, and the simulation output waveform was given. Eventually, the advantages of whole system integrated on a single chip were summarized.
