摘要
针对大型变速风力发电机组总体设计中的几个关键技术问题进行了探讨,研究了机组的概念设计,在对几种驱动链结构机型进行对比的基础上,重点分析了目前国际市场上已商业化的基本驱动链结构和单永磁发电机直驱结构的风力发电机组的技术优势.以国家863“兆瓦级变速恒频风电机组”研制成果SUT-1000型机组为例,研究了发电成本估算问题及成本估算模型,提出了利用发电机成本模型优化风力发电机组设计参数的优化方法,并以发电成本最小为参数优化设计目标,对兆瓦级变速恒频风电机组的风轮直径进行优化设计,取得了较好的设计效果.
Several problems on general design of large scale variable speed wind turbine, including the drive drain type in concept design, estimation of energy cost and optimal design of parameters based on cost modeling method, are discussed. The concept design is the first content to be finished in general design, where the application status and several drive train structures of wind turbine design are analyzed and compared. After describing the estimation of energy cost, the cost model is built up, and the wind rotor diameter is optimally designed based on the aim of minimum cost of energy. Finally, one research result of prototype optimal design is given based on national 863 project of Mega-watt variable speed constant frequency wind turbine.
