摘要
诚信,这一广泛渗透于人类日常生活中的词汇,在企业文化乃至组织行为研究领域中并没有真正得到重视。究其原因可能是在西方的经济领域中诚信已不再是人们关注的重点,“非诚信”问题并没有同正常的经济秩序发生正面的直接“遭遇”;但在我国目前市场经济秩序尚没有真正建立起来的宏观背景下,研究诚信显得尤为重要。因为诚信可以为企业创造价值、实现价值,最终实现企业的战略目标,为社会创造价值。
Sincerity & credit, the expression popularized in people's daily lives, has never been paid much attention to in corporate culture and organizational behavior research lines, the reason why it does not attract people's eyes may be that sincerity & credit has been no longer problem on which people emphasize in western economic trade and non -sincerity & credit has not directly encountered with common economic order. Researching sincerity & credit, however, has been an important subject under the condition of that market - oriented economic order has not been set up perfectly at present in China, because sincerity & credit can make money for an enterprise, create value for society, help an enterprise implement its strategy eventually.
