摘要
为了保证火力发电厂脱硫吸收塔内部结构件和外部连接管道安装质量,阐述了贵阳发电厂2台200MW机组烟气脱硫工程(两套烟气脱硫成套装置)吸收塔施工过程中垂直度、各定位尺寸及焊接变形的有效控制过程,保证了吸收塔的安装质量,延长了吸收塔的使用寿命。
In order to ensure the installation quality of the internal frameworks and external pipes of desulfurization absorbing tower, we, taking 2 × 200MW power generation units in Guiyang Power Generation Plant for instance, give an effective control procedure for uprightness, orientation sizes and welding deformation during the installation of absorbing tower, the actual facts showed that the method can ensure the installation quality of desulfurization absorbing tower.
