奶牛酒精阳性乳与离子平衡、乳腺细胞损伤关系的研究

Relationship Between Alcohol Positive Milk and Balance of Mineral Ions、the Injury of the Epithelial Cells of Mammary Gland in Dairy Cows

作者对酒精阳性乳患牛全乳、乳清、血清中C a、M g、N a、K的含量进行了检测,同时检测了乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性和乳汁中的体细胞数。结果表明:全乳C a、M g含量明显升高,N a、K含量明显降低;乳清LDH活性和C a、M g含量显著升高;血清LDH活性和N a、K含量明显降低。综合分析,由于阳性乳中离子平衡紊乱,使牛奶胶体体系稳定性降低。同时乳腺细胞已受到一定程度的微损伤,加剧了异常乳的分泌。

Concentrations of element Ca.Mg.Na.K in the milk.whey,serum of cow suffered from alcohol positive milk （APM） were detected. Meanwhile,the activity of Lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） and somatic cell counts（SCC） in the milk were detected. The results showed that the content of Ca.Mg in the milk are higher and Na,K are lower remarkably than those in control group. The activity of LDH and concentrations of Ca,Mg in the whey increases remarkably ; but the activity of LDH and content of Na,K in the serum decreases remarkably. Based on the result,the system of mineral ions in APM is in misbalance completely, which causes the stability of milk colloid system to decrease. Meanwhile, the epithelial cells of mammary gland have been mini-injured in some degree ,which accelerates the excretion of alcohol positive milk.
