某厂蒸汽管道系统B炉主蒸汽管与蒸汽母管之接口变径管发生泄露造成全厂停机。本文以蒸汽管道连接的变径管为研究对象,对其断口作出了宏观检验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析及金相分析,指出了运行中产生开裂并泄露原因,对开裂过程进行了描述,并进行了应力分析,为解决问题提出了建议与对策。

A leak in the steam line has created a factory closedown. This article analysis for the reason in taper pipe leak .The fracture have been examined testing items include chemical compositions of the steel, macro examine and metallogenetic examination etc..It also described the crack process and suggested how to solve the problem.
