通过广西鹿寨化肥总厂首次引进美国Ｂａｄｇｅｒ等温反应器二水湿法磷酸生产工艺技术，介绍了等温反应器用于磷酸生产的发展历史，分析了等温反应器的工艺设计、设备设计及操作维护．
Through the case of Luzhai Chemical Fertilizer Complex, Guangxi, which has imported firstly in the country the U. S. phosphoric acid production techndogy with dihydrate wet process using Badger isothermic reactor, the development history about the use of isothermic reactor in phosphoric acid production, the analysis of process and equipment design for isothermic reactor, and the operation and maintenance matters are reviewed.
