摘要
提出了被动城市化的概念,回顾了被动城市化的发展历史,重点对我国当前被动城市化的成因及其基本特征作了分析,并对我国被动城市化的总体规模作了估算和预测,最后总结了被动城市化可能产生的问题,并提出了调控被动城市化的对策和措施。
This paper puts forward the concept of passive urbanization. By reviewing the history of passive urbanization, it expounds the causes and the characteristics of current passive urbanization in the rapid urbanization of China. The scale of passive urbanization of the whole country is also estimated and predicted. Furthermore, aiming at the potential problems which would be created by the passive urbanization, is presents countermeasures to control and guide the passive urbanization.
