摘要
采用氟盐法制备了A lTiB晶粒细化剂,通过光学显微镜(OM)研究超声波对A lTiB晶粒细化剂组织形态和细化行为的影响。结果表明:超声波的使用有效地解决A lTiB细化剂中形核相易聚集的问题,使TiB2和TiA l3粒子呈细小弥散分布,对工业纯A l具有良好的晶粒细化效果。
AlTiB grain refiner was prepared by fluoride and salt method. The effects of ultrasonic vibrations on the mierostructures of the grain refiner were studied by OM. Experimental results indicate that ultrasonic vibrations can solve the problem of agglomeration of nucleating phase. Ultrasonic vibrations affects distributing of the TiAl3 and TiB2, and grain refiner exhibited good grain refining performance for commercially pure Al.
