中职学校职业道德教育问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Measures of Professional Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职教育的特点以及社会大环境的不良影响，决定了当前中职学校职业道德教育的艰巨性与迫切性。当前，中职学校职业道德教育还不够深入，实效性不强。因此，各学校必须拓宽职业道德教育的内涵，注重培养学生的道德冲突能力，注重教育方式的现代化和教育要求的规范化；注重与行业紧密结合，将企业文化引入职业道德教育体系；强调与国际化、信息化、企业文化保持同步，走向开放。

Currently, it is quite necessary to implement professional moral education in secondary vocational schools because of its educational characteristics and negative social influence. But the professional moral education does not practice effectively. All secondary vocational schools should enlarge the connotation of professional moral education,cultivate students＇ moral conflict abilities, adopt modern education approaches and make the education standardized, attempt to introduce enterprises culture into the professional moral education system, and emphasize the internationalization and informationization, etc.
