摘要
研究了絮凝作用对浮选精煤粉过滤脱水的影响。使用阴离子高分子絮凝剂进行的实验表明,过滤速度有很大的提高,同时降低了滤饼的含湿量。对絮凝脱水机理进行了探讨,在实验数据的基础上提出可以预测滤饼含湿量的初步经验公式。并建立了一个描述絮凝作用的数学模型。
he flocculation effect on the filtration and dewatering of fine coal powder in floatation was studied,the experiment made by using floc forming chemical reagent with anion and high molecular showed that the filtration speed was increased highly and the wet content of filter cakes was lowered meanwhile.The mechanism of flocculation dewatering was discussed,a primary experiential formula of predicting wet content of filter cakes was proposed based on the experimental data,and a mathematical model of describing flocculation effect was established,and an optimum flocculation operating parameter was derived through the mathematical treatment.
