Building the statistics system of global-fund-flows is the main focus of this paper. First, the paper presents the general idea of the global-flow-of-funds, and explains the outlines of theoretical analysis. Then, the relations of flow of funds accounts and Balance of payments were cleared. In this paper we present a new financial statistic database to analyze sources of global-fund-flows： International Financial Statistics, World Economic Outlook, Statistics of the Institute of International Finance, Statistics of Bank for International Settlements, Statistics of Global Development Finance, Statistics of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and Statistics of Treasury International Capital.
