高校处分权的法律规制探析

随着大学生状告高校诉讼的急剧增多,被传统视为高校权力保留领域的高校处分权的法律监督问题也倍受关注。在依法治国的背景下,高校处分权应当纳入法治化轨道,以保障高校学生的受教育权。

With the dramatic increase of lawsuits by the undergraduates against the university, people have become more and more concerned about the legal supervision of the disciplinary right of the university, which is always traditionally regarded as the right- reserve field at the university. With the admirfistration the state according to law as the background, the disciplinary fight of the university should also be brought into the orbit of ruling by law, to ensure the undergraduates＇ right to education.
