摘要
在原始材料圃中从紫花苜蓿品种北疆、卫士302、德国大叶熊、爱维兰和巨人201中通过单株选择,选出5个白花苜蓿新品系,BHBJ1、BHWS2、BHDX3、BHAWL4和BHJR5,然后进行无性繁殖建立试验材料圃。2005年对头茬草从返青到结实进行观测,结果表明,5个白花苜蓿品系均现蕾较早,花期长。白花苜蓿的茎叶比均小于相应的紫花苜蓿,鲜干比除BHWS2外均高于相应的紫花苜蓿。产草量方面,白花苜蓿的鲜草产量均较低,可能与生长年限短有关。白花苜蓿的花序为簇生总状花序,每序小花数品系间差异不显著,平均为17~25朵,每单枝荚果数16~19个,荚果2~3回,籽粒4~6个,种子颜色除BHJR5为米黄色外其余均为黄绿至深褐色,干粒重1.8~2.5g。
Five new lines were selected from original material in five alfalfa populations, then established clones with cutting. The results showed that five new lines budded earlier and had long flowering period. Stem/leaf ratio of all of five lines was lower than that of the corresponding alfalfa varie ties, fresh weight/dry weight ratio was higher besides BHWS2. Alfalfa with white flower had lower yield, because of short growth years. Inflorescence of alfalfa with white flower is raceme, there was not big difference in flower numbers between different lines, average was 17-25, every branch had 16 -19 pods, every pod had 243 circles, every circle had 4-6 seeds. BHJR5 seed colour was hoary, the others were brown, thousand-seed weight was 1. 8-2.5 g.
