盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂甙元提取预发酵和水解条件的优化 被引量:10

Optimization of Spontaneous Fermentation and Acid Hydrolysis of Extracting Diosgenin from the Rhizome of Dioscorea Zingiberensis

摘要 通过单因素试验,研究了原料粒径、预发酵温度、预发酵时间、HCl浓度、水解时间对薯蓣皂甙元得率的影响,且在单因素试验的基础上,选取对薯蓣皂甙元得率影响显著的预发酵时间、HCl浓度、水解时间为因素,以皂甙元得率为指标,进行了正交试验。结果表明,影响薯蓣皂甙元得率的各因素主次顺序为HCl浓度>预发酵时间>水解时间。单因素试验和正交试验得到预发酵和水解的优化工艺条件为:原料粒径≤1 mm,预发酵温度为40℃,发酵24 h,3 mol/L盐酸水解4 h。 The paper studied how the single factors affect diosgenin yield. The factors were of material diameter, temperature and time in fermentation ,and acid concentration and time in hydrolysis. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum technology extracting diosgenin from the rhizome of Dioscorea zingiberens were found. An orthogonal test table L9 (34 ) was used with the factors of fermentation time, acid concentratio and time of hydrolysis. The extracting rate of diosgenin was the indication in orthogonal test. The optimum technological condition was material diameter ≤1 mm, fer mentation temperature 40℃, fermentation time 24 h, acid concentration 3 mol/L, acid hydrolysis time 4h.
