关于光接收机低光功率接收问题的探索与思考

The Exploration and Thinking On Low Power Optical Receiving

提出讨论低光功率接收问题应注意的事项以及“低光功率接收机”、“低光功率接收适用机”的定义和评判方法方案;分析低光功率接收造成系统两个方面C/N指标降低的原因和程度,说明解决问题的办法,探索解决问题的途径;对光-电流转换响应度Sλ、光-电压转换响应度S两项参数的不同定义和Sλ与S对系统不同指标的影响原理进行初步分析。

Concern on low power optical receiving, as well as the definition and evaluation for ＂low power optical receiver＂ are discussed in this article. Analyze the reasons that degrade C/N ratio in two aspects in receiving low power signal, we come up with the approaches to solve the problem. Besides, we make a rough analysis on the parameters light-currency response Sλ, light-voltage-response S, with their definition and mechanism of impact on various of system index.
