Selection and Practice of a Scramble/Descramble System in Fu′an City

叙述福安市区加解扰系统的选型、安装、调整和运行的全过程,介绍加扰期间出现的问题和解决办法,为下一步实施模数整体平移提供借鉴。

This paper describes the whole process of selection, scrambling, adjusting and applying a scramble/ descramble system in the cable network in Fu＇an city. Then mainly introduce the problems and solutions during the scrambling period. The experience summarized from the scrambling practice will use for the work of D/ A mode transition later.
