摘要
在介绍宝钢TFBLW-RD型同步电动机原模拟式励磁装置结构的基础上,针对性地提出用ABB公司UNITROL F双通道微机励磁调节器实施数字化改造的具体技术方案,以提高系统精度和可靠性,并就调试中发生的恒功率因数自动切换失控等难点进行技术分析、攻关,提出具体改进措施,最终调试成功。
Based on the introduction of the original analogue excitation device structure of TFBLW-RD synchronous motor of Bao Steel Co.,Ltd., the digitization transformation project by using UNITROL F double-channel microcomputer excitation adjuster of ABB was put forward, so as to increase accuracy and reliability of the system. The difficulty of runaway automatic switch of constant power factors during commissioning was analyzed and the improvement measures were raised, and at last the commissioning was successful.
