自蔓延燃烧合成Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂的稀释及其效果

摘要 研究自蔓延燃烧合成(SHS)法制备的Al-Ti-C铝合金晶粒细化剂的稀释过程以及晶粒细化效果。结果表明,用自蔓延燃烧合成(SHS)技术制备出的Al-Ti-C合金中含有大量可以作为细化相的Al3Ti和TiC颗粒,可以作为铝及铝合金的新型晶粒细化剂。SHS直接合成Al-Ti-C中大量的Al3Ti和TiC颗粒会发生团聚现象,为获得分散且细小的粒子使其细化性能优异,必须对其进行稀释处理。考虑粒子存在的形态以及工业生产的影响,稀释的温度选择在1073K左右,保温时间为15min为宜。稀释后的Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂具有良好的细化性能。 The dilution process of Al-Ti-C alloy as Al-alloy grain refiner and its refining effects are investigated. The results show that there are the Al3Ti and TiC particles as grain refining phrases in Al-Ti-C alloy synthesized by SHS, so the Al+Ti-C alloy can be used as the grain refiner for Al and N-alloy. However, the serious agglomeration of the Al3Ti and TiC particles occurs in the Synthesized alloy, it must be diluted in order to disperse the fine particles for the excellent refining performance. With the consideration of the particles status and commercial production conditions, the operation temperature is about 1073K and the retention time is 15min for the dilution treatment process. The good grain refinement can be achieved with the diluted Al-Ti-C grain refiner.
