周围神经组织工程种子细胞的研究进展
摘要
周围神经组织工程的研究目前还处在起步阶段，主要研究包括：种子细胞的分离和培养，支架材料的开发，人工神经的组织还原。体外构建工程组织的核心方法是首先分离自体或异体组织的细胞，经体外扩增达一定数量后，将这些细胞种植到预先构建好的三维支架上，在适宜的条件下，细胞沿着支架迁移、铺展、生长和分化，最终发育成为具有特定形态功能的工程组织。本文从组织工程方面对种子细胞的研究进展做一综述。
