摘要 近年来有研究表明,孕激素“局部”或“功能”撤退,促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素及受体,催产素及其受体的变化与分娩发动有关。细胞因子和粘附分子在分娩的作用被逐渐认识并加以深入研究,并参与宫颈扩张机制。 In recent years, some researchers indicated that" functional" progesterone withdrawal, the changes in oxytocin and the oxytocin receptor, corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH) and CRH receptor are associated with initiation of parturition. The roles of cytokines and cell adhesion molecules in parturition are known gradually and further and deep research on them has been conducted. Cytokines and cell adhesion molecules participate in mechanism of cervical dilatation during term parturition.
