核因子-κB在胚胎发育、毒物致畸中研究进展

摘要 胚胎及胚胎微环境的细胞因子对于维持正常妊娠很重要,其精细调控细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡。核转录因子-κB是调节凋亡的关键因子,通过对多种基因表达的调节,对妊娠的维持,胚胎发育有重要作用。该文对核转录因子-κB家族的基本组成结构和核转录因子-κB在胚胎发育及毒物致畸中的作用作以综述。 Cytokines in embryo and embryonic microenvironment are important for maintenance of normal pregnancy, They act as activators of specific transcription factors, and control proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of the cells. The nuclear factor-κB ( NF-κB) is a key molecule that controls the apoptosis process. By regulating expression of many genes, NF-kB plays very important roles in maintenance of pregnancy and embryonic development. In this review, we summarized elementary constitutive structure of NF-κB family and its roles in embryonic development and teratogenesis by toxicant.
