摘要 阴道B超是辅助生殖医学中主要的辅助检查技术,常用于自然周期或促排卵周期中监测卵泡生长情况,评价子宫内膜状态,指导促排卵药的合理使用,降低相关并发症如:卵巢过度刺激、多胎妊娠等的发病率。现将阴道B超在辅助生育技术中的应用作以综述。 Transvaginal ultrasonography (TVUS) is an important adjuvant examination method in assisted reproduction field. It is often applied to monitor development of follicles in natural and induced cycles, evaluate state of the endometrium, and guide ovulation project (resonable use of ovulation-stimulating agents). The application of TVUS can decrease incidence of some complications such as OHSS and multiple pregnancy. In this review, we summarized application of TVUS in assisted reproduction technology.
