This article proposed one communication protocol construction based on minitype distributed control system（DCS）, the core thought is： First against small distribution control system to deal with small amounts of data, limited computing power, real - time demanding, high-reliability characteristics required for the protocol should satisfy the concise nature, reliability, real-time requirements, such as the conclusion of the protocol and then through siniple and reliable design （the protocol consists of physical layer, data link layer and Mac layer （MAC） and the application layer to ensure its concise nature, each has a strategy to ensure its reliability ） to meet the special requirements of small distribution control system.
