摘要
骨组织修复材料的多孔结构是其发展的必然方向,本文中运用海绵浸渍法制备了多孔A/W生物微晶玻璃.结果表明,这种多孔生物微晶玻璃的孔径为200~500μm,且抗压强度明显高于其他同类材料.细胞实验显示骨髓基质细胞在这种多孔材料的表面和孔隙中生长良好.
Porous is very important for biomaterials. In this paper, we produced porous A/W glass -ceramic by sponge soaking method. The result showed that the diameter of these pores was between 200~500μm,and the compressive strength of these materials was better than other porous biomaterials. Cell test showed that bone marrow stromal cells can growth on the surface and in the porosity of this kind of glassceramic.
