摘要
文章从大尺度环流背景、天气系统、中小尺度对流云团及物理量场四个层次寻找场次洪水之间天气成因的相似因子,建立了历史气象信息与实时暴雨洪水预报耦合的框架,为实时防洪提供技术支撑。
The paper explores the similar factors of atmospheric origin between every floods from four levels, which are the large sale atmospheric circulation background, the atmospheric system, the meso-scale convective cloud and the physical variable field, the flood forecast coupling framework is set up for provide the technical support of flood control at the right moment.
