摘要
合成了以HDI改性的烯类单体齐聚物。IR分析了齐聚物的组成,并对丙烯酸酯共聚物水溶胶/HDI齐聚物交联体系的固化过程进行了跟踪分析。结果表明,齐聚物能够减缓NCO基团的反应活性,基本消除其与水的反应,提供施涂操作的充分时间;通过测定HDI齐聚物粘度随贮存时间的变化,对其稳定性进行了研究,作为涂料固化剂,符合涂料施涂工艺的要求。
By the modification of hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI),a new curing agent HDI oligomer was prepared.IR was used to analyze the composition of the HDI oligomer and to investigate the crosslinking reaction of water-solubilized colloidal dispersion with the oligomer.The results showed that the HDI oligomer could decrease the reaction activity of NCO group,slow down the reaction with water. By testing the viscosity, the HDI oligomer showed long storage life which was suitable for coating technology.
