摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法在玻璃表面制备出透明的憎水性FASSiO2纳米复合薄膜,研究了各工艺参数对薄膜憎水性能的影响,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了薄膜的表面形貌。实验结果表明,具有氟烷基团的氟代烷基硅烷(FAS)的FASSiO2纳米复合薄膜憎水性能较好。
Transparent FAS-SiO2 nano-composite film on the surface of glass of hydrophobic property is prepared with sol-gel processing. The effect of each technological factor on hydrophobic property was studied. Surface morphology of was investigated by atom force microscope(AFM). The experimental results show that hydrophobic property of FAS-SiO2 nano composite film is better.
