摘要 通过在C5石油树脂分子上接枝引入极性基团得到的接枝物(MAHC5)与EVA树脂进行共聚反应制得了一种新型柴油降凝剂,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量、共聚物种类及用量对降凝剂粘度与降凝效果的影响。结果表明:C5石油树脂改性后粘附力增强,降凝效果优于单个醇的酯化物,其对柴油具有较好的降凝效果。 Used C5 petroleum resin as the materials, through graft reaction, the polar groups was added onto the molecular of C5 petroleum resin, prepared a new diesel oil pour point depression. Then through the reaction of the grafts of the C5 petroleum resin and EVA resin, the nonpolar, groups was added onto the molecular. Discussed the influence of Viscosity on pour point depressant of temperature and times, and the factors of influence of effect of the pour point depression. The result indicate that after by the modification, the force of adhesion was boosted up, the effect of the pour point depression was better than the ester of single alcohol ester, the cold filter plugging point we prepared had a better effect of the pour point depression.
