摘要
简要介绍了凸轮机构在机械手上和PLC在自动机械中的应用。在PC机上利用S7-300和上位机组态软件WinCC对凸轮机械手进行运动控制仿真,缩短了机械手控制系统的开发周期,极大地方便了程序的离线调试,提高了系统软件的可靠性。
This paper discusses how apply the cam machine in manipulator and how to apply PLC in automatic mechanic devices, S7-300 and WinCC simulate the control system of cammanipulator by PC, the period of developing the manipulator was shortened. It made the offline program debugging convenient. And the reliability of the software was promoted.
