顶部发射有机电致发光显示器最新进展(英文)

摘要 简要介绍了OLED中的新技术,包括实现全彩色高对比度OLED的新技术,并介绍了TOLED的概念及其突出特点,对于基于Ag/ITO阳及和Ca/ITO阴极、Ag2O/Ag阳极、LiF/Al/AlSiO电极和缓冲层以及有ZnSe介电层的Ca/Mg阴极等的高效TOLED及其最新进展也进行了综述。 This paper summarizes the new technologies applied in enhancing OLED performance, such as efforts in realizing full-color, reconfigurable and high contrast ratio OLEDs. The concept of top-emitting organic light-emitting device (TOLED) as well as their characteristics are presented. Highly efficient TOLEDs based on different kinds of novel electrodes, such as Ag/ITO anodes and Ca/ITO cathodes, Ag2O/Ag anodes, LiF/Al/Al-SiO top electrodes and buffer layers, a thin Ca/Mg cathode with a dielectric layer ZnSe on top together with the progress achieved of TOLED are briefly introduced.
