中小企业公司治理与融资问题探究

STUDYING ON THE AFFECTS AND MEASURES OF SMEs′ CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN FINANCING

中小企业公司的治理状况对其融资至关重要,不仅中小企业融资困难的根本原因在于公司治理,而且中小企业在今后的可持续发展中与企业资金供给各方的良性互动也有赖于良好的公司治理。作者在文中针对目前我国中小企业公司治理中存在的种种不足提出了加强与完善公司治理以解决中小企业融资问题的对策和建议。

The paper considers that corporate governance plays a very important role, not only in causing the problem of small-and-medium sized enterprises（SMEs）＇ finance, but also in establishing good relationship between SMEs and financing providers. The author points that the defects of the corporate governance at present and gives some advices to solve the problems of corporate governance that influenced SMEs＇ finance fundamentally.
