现阶段我国房地产市场的状况及相关建议 被引量:1

摘要 本文从房地产业在国民经济中的重要性及我国房地产业的现状出发,分析了有关房地产泡沫的经济概念及理论,对照有关泡沫的标准得出结论,认为中国房地产泡沫已经产生,并对政府采取的一系列调控措施产生的效果进行了分析,提出了综合治理建议。
