摘要
【论文特点介绍】本文运用了多种分子生物学方法,以人前列腺癌PC-3细胞为细胞模型,研究了糖皮质激素对转化生长因子β(TGF-β)信号转导通路的影响及其与糖皮质激素抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用的关系.该研究对于阐述糖皮质激素抑制细胞增殖效应的信号通路具有重要的理论价值,对肿瘤的干预治疗具有潜在的研究意义。
Glucocorticoid hormones (GCs) play a key role in regulating diverse physiological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation and immune apoptosis. In recent years, overseas reports and works from our laboratory have confirmed that GCs not only inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and lymphatic leukemia cells, but also inhibit many tumor cells of epithelial origin, including androgen-independent prostate cancer (AIPC) cells. But compared with that of on immune cell, mechanism of the inhibitory effect on cancer cell originated from epithelium is unclear.
