摘要
用自制的旋臂式磨蚀实验仪,研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/顺丁橡胶(cis-BR)、高密度聚乙烯和45#钢在攀枝花尾矿矿浆中的磨蚀速率(ω)与磨蚀温度和磨蚀时间的关系。结果表明,在20~48℃时,ω(HDPE/cis-BR)和ω(HDPE)分别保持在0.17~0.20mm/a和0.22~0.30mm/a。在55℃时,ω(HDPE/cis-BR)和ω(HDPE)分别增加至0.28和0.39mm/a。在20~55℃时,ω(45#)从8.58mm/a迅速增高至23.98mm/a.在800h内,ω(HDPE/cis-BR)、ω(HDPE)和ω(45#)皆随时间增加而下降,但磨蚀速率之比ω(HDPE/cis-BR)/ω(45#)和ω(HDPE/cis-BR)/ω(HDPE)与磨蚀时间无关,分别保持在0.018和0.76左右。
The effects of temperature and time on erosive rates of polybutadiene modified high density polyethylene(ω(HDPE/cis-BR)), unmodified high density polyethylene(ω(HDPE))and steel 45 (ω(45))by tailings slurry from Panzhihua iron mine were studied with a self-made erosive experimental set-up equipped with six whirling arms.W(ω(HDPE/cis-BR) and ω(HDPE) are 0.17~0.20 mm/a and 0.22~0.30 mm/a in temperature range of 20~48℃respectively. At 55℃they increase to 0.28 and 0.39 mm/a. W(45)increases rapidly from8.58 mm/a to 23.98 mm/a with temperature,ω(HDPE/cis-BR),ω(HDPE) and ω(45) decrease with erosive time. Either of the ratio of erosive rate ω(HDPE/cis-BR)/ω(HDPE) or that of ω(HDPE/cis-BR)ω(45) is irrelevant to erosive time fixed at 0.76 and 0.018 average respectively.
