摘要 近年来,对于核受体的研究进展迅速,肝X受体属于孤核受体家族,是配体依赖性转录因子超家族成员。目前研究发现肝X受体的信号转导对于脂质代谢、炎症反应和先天性免疫意义重大,肝X受体调控下的靶基因改变是脂质代谢、运输、转化、合成,以及糖代谢的关键调控点。现已证实肝X受体和发育过程的基因表达、细胞分化、代谢等生理过程密切相关。本文将就肝X受体的研究现状进行综述,阐明肝X受体调控下的信号转导途径和靶基因表达改变对脂质代谢和炎症反应的作用。 In recent years,the research in nuclear receptors has been developed rapidly. Liver X receptors (LXRs) belong to orphan nuclear receptors, which is a super-family of ligand-activated tran- scription factors. We now show that LXRs signaling not only play an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism but also inflammatory response and innate immune response. It has been found that LXRs target genes have the ability in regulating the metabolism, transportation, transformation, and biosynthesis of lipids. In addition, LXRs also takes part in the regulation of glucose metabolism. To date,it has been confirmed that LXRs involved in regulation gene expression in development, cell differentiation, physiological and metabolic processes. In this review, we summarize the studies of LXRs, elucidating the signal transduction pathway and target genes related of lipid metabolism and inflammatory response.
