摘要
目的在河南省推广2005年国际心肺复苏指南。方法制定心肺复苏竞赛操作程序和评分标准．在伞省开展急救技术比武。结果对急救技术的重视在河南省得到明显提高。普及了心肺复苏国际指南理论知识．规范了操作程序。结论专家的思路与管理部门领导的决策相结合，可以推动新理论和技术的快速普及。
Objective To popularize international guidelines 2005 for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Henan Provence. Methods To draw up contest rule of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and standard of grading, carry out emergency medicine skill contests in Henan Provence. Results Attention to first aid skill was promoted significantly, international guidelines 2005 for cardiopulmonary resuscitation was popularized and the procedure was standard. Conclusion Combining expert＇s ideal with the administrator＇s strategic, new theory and technic may be popularized soon.
