绝经后肥胖动物模型的实验研究

Experimental Study on Animal Model of Post-menopause Obesity

目的:观察双侧卵巢切除术(去势法)对雌性大鼠肥胖的影响。方法:用去势法造成去势雌鼠模型,喂养6周后处死。观察去势雌鼠体重等肥胖指标及血清E2变化。结果:去势雌鼠血清E2下降,体重等肥胖指标及腹脂含量均上升。结论:去势后雌鼠E2水平下降,脂肪组织在体内堆积,体重上升达到肥胖标准,从而构建绝经后肥胖模型,致肥率达50%。

Objective： Observe the effects of bilateral oophorectomy on ovariectomized female rats and rats＇ obesity. Methods： Use bilateral cophorectomy to establish ovariectomized model rats, killed the rats after 6 weeks, Observed and compared the variation on model rats＇ weight, obsity index, proportion of fat in abdominal cavity,E2 level with control group. Result： The weight ,obesity index,fat weight in abdominal cavity had increased in ovariectomized rats, and the E2 level had descended in the same time. Conclusion： The bilateral cophorectomy could decrease the female rats＇ E2 level, cause fat tissue accumulated in ovariectomized rats＇ bodies, and established post-menopause obesity rats model successfully in the end.
