近年来，我国出生人口性别比失衡现象日趋严重。针对睢宁县这一问题的成因，经过专门调研，提出了合理化建议。

In recent years, the gender disproportion problem of newly-born population is growing more and more serious. This paper aims at studying this problem in Suining County, and attempts to propose some reasonable and feasible suggestions.
