摘要
荷载的统计分析是研究住宅结构可靠度的重要基础,对西安和包头地区多层和中高层典型住宅的105个住户、469间房屋的楼面活荷载进行了系统的调查,利用进深板带面积平均荷载法和室面积平均荷载法将其等效为楼面均布荷载;应用数理统计方法,研究了典型住宅结构持久性楼面活荷载和临时性楼面活荷载的统计参数和概率分布;给出了设计基准期50 a和100 a时住宅结构楼面活荷载标准值的建议取值,并与现行荷载规范进行了比较分析.
Statistical analysis of loads is one of the important components in the reliability analysis of residential buildings. The multistorey and high-rise residential buildings in Xi'an and Baotou, added up to 105 residents, 465 rooms are investigated in the paper, and a great quantity of residential floor live load data are expressed in terms of uniformly distributed loads with the average load in batten area and room area. Making use of the mathematical statistics analysis, probability distributions and statistical parameters of the sustained and transient floor live load are studied. Finally, the characteristic value of live load on residential floor in design reference period T= 50 years and T= 100 years are proposed by comparing with the present load norm.
