关于法律信仰问题的思考

公众对法律的信仰是法治化实现过程中的精神动力。然而,当前困扰我国法治化进程的深层次问题就是民众法律信仰的缺失。对此,本文分析了民众法律信仰缺失的原因,提出了强化公民法律信仰的必要途径。

Publicly devotion to law is spiritual impetus in the course of realizing legalization. However, currently the deep-layer issue that obsessing our country＇s legalization process due to the lack of publicly devotion to law.
