准确把握科学发展观精神实质 谋求经济社会新发展——中共青海省委党校“全面贯彻落实科学发展观”研讨会综述

Accurately grasp the spiritual substance of scientific development concept and try for economic social new development

中共青海省委党校近期举行了“全面贯彻落实科学发展观”研讨会,本文为这次研讨会综述。文章主要归纳了三个方面的内容:关于科学发展观与邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的内在联系和有机统一;关于青海新阶段的主题;关于切实抓好未来五年青海经济发展的几个重大问题。

Recently Qinghai provincial committee party school held the meeting on discussing about ＂entirely fulfill scientific development concept＂, this paper is a summary about it. Mainly summed up three respects of contents： about the inner connection and organic unity of scientific development concept, Deng xiaoping＇s theory and ＂three representative＂ momentous thought; about the subject of the new stage of Qinghai; and about several main issues in practically deal with Qinghai provincial economic development in future five years.
