借助算子值数学期望及连续修正模，运用概率论和经典分析方法，以较为简化的形式给出了C半群的概率逼近式和收敛估计式．此外，还针对特殊的概率分布得到了相应的概率逼近式和收敛估计式，推广了现有的一些结果．

With the help of operator- valued mathematical expectation and continuous modified modulus, this paper has deduced the probabilistic approximation and convergent rates about exponentially bounded C-semigroups by employing probability theory and classic analytical method. In addition, this paper also provides concrete probabilistic approximation and convergent rates to special probability distribution, which advances present results.
