儿童髋关节骨错缝的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Children Hip Articular Bone Fissure of Displacement

儿童髋关节骨错缝。该病别称繁多“髋骨并胯骨错缝，髋骨掉环，髋骨里缝伤筋，外伤性髋关节半脱位，一过性滑膜炎”等。此病临床常见，反复损伤，治疗失误容易发展成股骨头无菌性坏死。我们自2000-2004年共收治285例。经“？”式复位法治疗后取得较满意的疗效。现介绍如下：

Children hip articular bone fissure of displacement has many altemative names, such as ＂Hip bone fissure of displacement, Trauma hip joint subluxation, Temporary synovitis.It is common to see this disease in clinical practice. Reduplicative injury and fault treatment usually may lead to aseptic necrosis of head of femur.We hospitalized and cured totally 285 patients between 2000- 2004. The satisfactory therapeutic effect had been obtained after treatment by ＂question mark type reduction＂. The following is a brief introduction：
