摘要
探讨了低压空气雾化烧嘴的雾化机理,分析了影响雾化细度的主要因素,建立了该类烧嘴气体雾化的准则方程.以三种尺寸各异的喷头,在不同的一、二次风配比下进行了实验研究。
The spray mechanism, and the main factors influencing the dropsize of oil spray are discussed, and the spray criterion equation of the lowˉpressure airblast burner is set up. On three kinds of burners designed and made by the authors, under different ratio of primary to secondary air rate of mass flow, tests have been done. According to the test results, an experimental correlation between the dropˉsize of oil spray and the main influential factors is created.
