摘要
本文介绍了电涡流传感器互换性的概念及提高互换性的思路和方法,强调了工艺这一关键因素。这些对其它类型的传感器同样有着一定的指导意义。
This paper presents the concept of interchangeability of eddy-current sensors, and the methods for the improvement of the interchange-ability for which the technical processes are considered as the key point. The thoughts presented are guides for other types of sensors too.
