摘要
本文介绍一种阵列型磁场传感器,它用CMOS模拟多路开关,将数个非晶态合金磁芯线圈组合成一个磁场传感器阵列,可以检测磁场的空间分布。其典型灵敏度和量程范围分别为1.9V/mT和±0.6mT。
This paper presents an array-type magnetic field sensor in which CMOS multiplexers are used to combine amorphous alloy cored micro-coils into a magnetic field sensor array. This kind of sensor is capable of detecting the spatial distribution of a magnetic field. Its typical sensitivity and measurement range are about 1. 9 V/mT and ±0. 6% mT respectively.
