如何减少教师孤独感?——美国中小学新教师指导计划 被引量:2

摘要 近几年来,教师的流失在美国已成为一个非常严峻的问题。研究表明,许多优秀新教师因工作中的孤独无助而过早离开教师岗位。针对这种令人担忧的教师跳槽状况,美国一些中小学校已经采取相应的指导计划,其结果是降低了新教师跳槽率。
